IMECore

For insurers and adjusters

Know where every assessment stands, without asking

Send a referral, watch it move, and get the report on the date you were promised. No status calls.

The problem

You buy a report and get a black box

You send the referral. Then you wait. You call to ask if records arrived. You call again to ask if the exam happened. The report arrives late, or it answers a question you did not ask.

  • You cannot see whether records are still outstanding.
  • You learn the exam moved after the fact.
  • The report misses one of your questions.
  • The invoice does not match the quote.
  • You rebuild the timeline yourself for the claim file.

What changes

What IMECore does about it

  • Refer in a form, not an email thread

The referral form captures the claimant, the claim, the questions, and the due date. What you send is what the examiner sees.

  • See what is missing

The case shows which record sources have arrived and which have not. You stop asking, and you stop guessing.

  • One committed date

The case carries a report date from the day it opens. If it moves, you are told when it moves, not after.

  • Your questions, answered in order

The report template lists the questions you asked. A reviewer checks each one has an answer before the report is released.

  • The invoice matches the quote

Charges build from the work on the case. Provincial tax is applied by rule. You see the components, not one line.

  • An audit trail you can file

Every step is logged with a person and a time. Export the timeline into the claim file.

FAQ

Questions people ask

Which claim types does IMECore handle?

Auto and accident benefits, long-term and short-term disability, workers' compensation, and med-legal files. The referral form changes by claim type.

Do we need a licence for every adjuster?

No. IMECore charges per closed case. Give a login to everyone who touches the file.

Can we send referrals from our claims system?

Yes. Use the referral API or forward the referral email. Both open the same case.

How do you handle a no-show?

The case records the notice given and the cancellation window. The invoice applies your agreed no-show fee, with the notice record attached.

Is the examiner independent of IMECore?

Yes. IMECore is software. The coordination firm holds the panel and the examiner relationship. IMECore records conflict disclosures on the case.
